Terms of Service

Campus Watchlist is a tool that helps you organize, track, and follow publicly available statistics for college baseball, softball, and football players. You can build watchlists, group players into rosters, view season stats and game logs, and share read-only roster links.

The Service is a convenience layer over publicly published athletics data. It is not a recruiting service, a scouting bureau, an agent, or a ranking system. It does not contact athletes or schools on your behalf.

All statistics displayed in the Service are derived from publicly published athletics data. The official athletics site for each school is the authoritative source for that school's statistics. Where the Service and a school's official site disagree, the school's site is correct. You should not rely on the Service as the sole source of truth for any statistic.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or misrepresent any athlete, school, or other person.
• Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to access, or to disrupt the Service.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data in bulk for commercial purposes without permission.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of any school, athlete, or third party.
• Present Campus Watchlist's editorial or stat content as your own, or imply an official relationship with any school or athletic organization.

When you enable public sharing on a roster, you generate a read-only link that anyone can view without an account. You are responsible for the rosters you choose to share publicly. Public links display only the player list and stat data for those players; they do not expose your account information. You can disable a public link at any time.

The Service displays information about college athletes based on publicly published stats. The athletes themselves are not users of the Service by virtue of appearing in its data, and the Service does not imply any endorsement by them or by their schools. If you are an athlete or school representative and you believe information should be corrected, see the Methodology page and contact us — we will address confirmed errors but will not override the official source.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE STATISTICS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Watchlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
